Looking for a clean and responsible renter for a private room and bathroom in a spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment in Bed-Stuy, Brooklyn. The apartment gets amazing sunlight, and the room faces south, away from the main street—so it’s quiet, and you can even hear birds in the summer.

About This Lister

Hi! I’m from Chile and studied Textile Design at RISD. I work in Manhattan, Monday through Friday, so I’m out most of the day.

I enjoy yoga, dancing, and cooking (usually every other day). My friends visit once a week (mostly), and my family comes by once or twice a year.

I’m clean and organized, and I expect the apartment to be kept clean and tidy as well. I value open and direct communication—no passive-aggressiveness, just transparency and respect. If something isn’t working, I’d love for us to talk about it so we can find a good flow for living together.
