Beautiful, fully furnished room for sublet in my two bedroom apartment with hardwood floors on Park Ave and 34th St! The bedroom has two windows and gets tons of natural light. It comes fully furnished with a queen size bed, desk, dresser, and closet. There is one bathroom in the apartment that we will share.

The living room area is spacious with a sofa, loveseat, and dining table, and the kitchen has a dishwasher. I have lots of kitchen appliances that you are welcome to use while you are here. The fireplace doesn't work but it looks nice.

I'm a very tidy roommate and like to keep the space clean. Looking for someone who is responsible and considerate to share the space. I'm happy to do our own thing, but also down to debrief our day over dinner.

The neighborhood has several grocery store options with D'Agostinos (4 min), Trader Joe's (7 min), and Whole Foods (10 min), and the location is incredibly convenient if you are heading to midtown or flatiron.

There is an elevator in the building and washer/dryers are in the basement for a fee.

I'm a woman in my 30's who works at a university and is very focused on my job. I also love traveling, trying new recipes for baked goods, and getting Shake Shack in Madison Square Park on a nice summer day. I will be living in the other bedroom while you are here.

My current roommate is traveling to Europe for the summer and is moving back in September, so this is only two-month sublet. The move in/out dates are somewhat flexible if you would like to move in a few days early or move out a few days late.
