I am looking for a roommate in a DIY-lofted Bushwick apartment!

Location is near Linden/Knickerbocker, about a 5 minute walk from the Myrtle-Wyckoff station with access to L and M lines.

The apartment is a fourth floor walkup. The apartment has central air and a dishwasher, and there is laundry is in the basement of the building. Also a cool roof with great views!
The apartment is in the back of the building so its not too noisy from the street. Utilities (gas/electric/wifi) are not included in the rent.

The bedroom is about 100 square feet. It has insanely tall ceilings (18 feet!), a sizable closet, 2-story west facing windows (for magical sunset/golden hour light), and a city skyline view.

The additional studio/office space is approx 35 square feet, and is a nook offset from the living room area.

When we (my ex and I) found this apartment and were shocked that the whole thing was basically two stories tall. We added some lofts to gain additional floor space - its pretty unique and there's a lot of room for creativity!

I have a lot of household items and utility items (like cookware, cooking appliances, cleaning supplies, etc.) and have a sectional couch, coffee table, and some storage lockers that will go in the living room/common space. But super down to co-create the space a bit if there is interest in that! I generally have an eclectic vibe and really care about making the space feel cozy and comfortable.

I am a 27 year old PhD student at NYU. I study neuroscience and am also working on a documentary about psychedelic science and harm reduction. I love reading, yoga, and film. I have slight stoner tendencies lol. I am a big fan of quiet nights in and watching movies or crafting with friends. I try to keep pretty neat and prefer some structure/communication regarding chores and shared accountability towards the space. I also live with my 10 year old dog - she is a little (40 lb) pitbull mix, she LOVES people, and I am hoping to find someone who is down to be her friend too. Hoping to find a roommate that is down to earth and down to hang :)
