The apartment is fully furnished and features a large shared living space, a dishwasher, and a patio/courtyard.
The landlord is amazing and very responsive. She used to live here, fully furnished the apartment herself, and really cares about the space. So she’ll definitely want someone who will take good care of it, too.
No laundry in-unit, but plenty of options nearby.
To be totally honest, it is a small room. It has a full-size bed, dresser, and clothing rack. There is no closet and no room for a desk, so it would not work if you need to work from home most days of the week.
That said, as a 6'4 male, I was able to make it my home and live here comfortably over the last five months. Having a private bathroom, a large shared space, and a great location made it worth it for me!
