One bench space just opened up in our shared woodworking shop, and we’re hoping to find the right person to fill it. The shop is on the ground floor with easy load-in for materials. (no steps wheel your cart straight from the street)

We’re a small, friendly group of mostly professional woodworkers/contractors — the kind of shop where people actually talk shop, help each other solve problems, and pass along project referrals when a job isn’t the right fit for them. It’s a genuinely collaborative environment, and we take some pride in that.
The shop is well-equipped with:
• Table saw (sawstop)
• Miter saw
• Band saw
• Drill press
• 6” jointer
• 12” planer
• Separated room for finishes
• Wifi
• large sink in shared outside hallway
•(we are always collaborating to improve and upgrade shop)

We’re not just looking for someone to rent a bench — we want someone who’ll be a good fit for the group. Experience matters, but so does attitude. If you take care of shared tools, clean up after yourself, and enjoy being around other people who are passionate about building things, you’ll fit right in.

Located in Crown Heights on Bergen between Franklin and Classon. Closest subway is Franklin C train
