Fashion designer and textile artist seeking third person to share shared workspace. The studio is located at 11 Broadway in an office building in the financial district in Manhattan, and is on the fourth floor.

Elevator building, freight elevator, shared kitchen/fridge, short 5 minute walk from 4,5,R,J, and 1 train.

Workspace has some machinery, sewing machine and knitting machine, would have to be alright with a bit of noise every once and while and occasional interns/pickups/returns.

Please respond with what kind of work you do, what you would use the space for, and what your schedule normally consists of. The ceilings are very tall so great for storage and you're welcome to bring any type of furniture etc to outfit your portion! 24/7 access.

My name is Benjamin Doctor. I'm a fashion designer that operates a small brand out of the studio, and do samplemaking, fabric development, and knitwear. Things can get hectic once a year during fashion week when I'll have interns/team members frequent the space, but I have a day job for the majority of the year and am not in the studio during the day before 5:30pm. The second studio mate is a textile artist who works with knits and crochet.
