I am searching for a flat in NYC to exchange with my loft in Berlin - ideally a place for myself (one-person occupancy), in a neighborhood such as Williamsburg, SoHo, Chinatown, East Village or other central/interesting areas in Manhattan or Brooklyn.

What I’m looking for:
• A flat just for me - privacy is important.
• Lots of natural light & open feel.
• Ideally a washer & dryer in-unit or in-building.
• Close to public transport (subway access).
• Preferably with a modern / minimalist / stylish vibe — though not strictly required.
