Hi all! I’m considering breaking my lease to move back to NYC as I’m needed in office but wanted to float the idea of house swapping until end of lease. I’m in south beach, miami with a one bed + den. Ideally, we could swap and leave the furnishings as I can make this a trial run for my new position and reconsider more permanent housing when lease ends (June 2026). Would want to find a reliable and trustworthy person considering both of our personal properties will be at risk but please message me if interested! I will be working in the garment district so I will be considering that commute. I will only be considering this for the right person as I keep my place very tidy and want no issues with neighbors.
