Only 1.5 miles to Main Street, or a 15 minute drive to classic hikes and rock climbing. There is a flat monthly fee of $200 in addition to rent. This covers all utilities; electric, heat, water, internet, trash pickup, parking, lawn maintenance, and snow plowing services. Tenants are responsible for shoveling snow off their sidewalks during the winter months.
For any patio furniture, prior approval is required. It's important to maintain a clean and clutter-free apartment. Please note that heavy bedspreads, rugs, and loose knit afghans are not permitted in the washing machine.
Additional policies include no pets, no smoking of cigarettes or marijuana, no illegal drugs, no long-term guests, and no subletting of the apartment. A one year lease is required, along with the first month's rent and a security deposit.
Pets Policy
