It was fully renovated by an architecture and design firm, includes modern amenities with split units in each room for heating and cooling. It has lots of windows, each room is filled with light. The bedrooms windows face the yard, the living room windows face the street.

The apartment features an open floor plan, with the kitchenette adjacent to the living space. It is 700 square feet in size. There are only two units in the building. Laundry is available on the second floor with a washer and dryer for common use with the tenant below.

Well behaved pets are welcome. No smoking please. There is currently a tenant in the space, it will be available on Dec 1st.
