The apartment is currently set up as two bedrooms and an office. The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one is en-suite. The place is fully furnished and move-in ready with everything you need -- TV, spacious office, kitchen appliances, and all the other essential amenities, so you can settle in right away.

The apartment is on the top floor (third). The building itself only has four units, so it is very homey and calm. We have a beautiful balcony with lots of space to hang out.

The location truly could not be better. The apartment is located on Quincy Street, 5 mins from the G and 10 mins from the A/C. Can get into lower Manhattan in under 30 mins. Also very close to several convenient bus lines for travel to bushwick/ridgewood/williamsburg. 5 minutes to Herbert von King Park, 20 mins to Prospect Park and Fort Greene Park, lots (and lots) of great bars, restaurants, and cafes nearby. There are also two delis on either side of the block, and a great grocery store 5 mins away.

We are in our late 20s, work in tech and education, and will be out of the city/country for a month. We have lived in this apartment for 5 years and are totally in love with it! We will be in the apartment until Jan, so if you'd like a video tour, please let us know!
