Full size one bedroom, with separate fully equipped kitchen and light filled living room. Complete with comfy nectar queen, brand new plush couch and record player for lounging and listening pleasure. Definitely girl coded with my art on the walls, but all are welcome, including well behaved pets (with safety deposit).

2 blocks from A/C to Manhattan, 7 min bike to Prospect Park, plenty of nearby groceries and cafes, well connected by bus to rest of Brooklyn.

$2,500 for entire stay, or $110-120 per night depending on duration desired. $120 cleaning fee at the end of your stay
