Hi! I have a great room opening up in Mar Vista for June 1st, 2026. I'm 33, a full-time composer's assistant, and I’m hoping to find a kind, friendly new person to share the space with.

The unit is on the ground floor of a two-story walkup. There is a locked gate to enter the building. Laundry is also on the ground floor.

The room has a private half-bath and a walk-in closet! We have a great patio, and I have an extremely sweet French Bulldog mix named Georgia (3 years old, very adorable). There is a shared parking space and it works out well to alternate who uses it from month to month.

I work from home frequently throughout the week, though sometimes I go to the studio or various sites in L.A. for work. I value cleanliness and friendliness and am looking for a warm, considerate roommate! If you're interested, please send me a little info about yourself :)

We're three miles from the beach and our neighborhood is very walkable with lots of cafés, shops, and grocery options nearby. We're mere steps away from the unbeatable Mar Vista Farmers Market!

I've lived here for three years and absolutely love the space- I've taken time to make it really cute and home-y, and I hope that you will find it welcoming and peaceful. My current roommate and I are good friends, she just has to move back in with her folks while things are in flux for her at work. So ideally I'm looking for someone long term, although the lease is month to month.

I am a musician from Florida who has moved to many different cities across the U.S. for school and work. I've been in L.A. for three years now and have been in this apartment the whole time! I'm a pianist and I also sing and play guitar. I'm working in film and TV on a great team.. very lucky for that!

I love chatting with roommates, catching up at the end of the day, etc. while of course respecting each other's needs for our own time and privacy. I keep things tidy around here and would want the other person to also help out with chores- nothing crazy of course, just the normal day-to-day things so that it doesn't pile up.

My pup Georgia is super sweet and has really loved living with my current roommate who is a dog lover! She is gentle, playful, and sometimes gets the zoomies.

I like having people over occasionally and am totally fine if you do too of course, and I do enjoy a drink occasionally but I do not smoke and definitely prefer if people do not smoke in the house (out in the yard is fine).
