Hello and happy summer!

I going to Europe July 27 to Aug 23rd. Dates may be a little flexible) I am hoping to sublet my apartment to a lovely human who is looking for a place to call home for 4 weeks.

Payment is $2000 for 3 weeks and 6 days.
The rent include internet and basic electricity. It does not include AC. Let's discuss your usage and go from there.

The apartment is a big one bedroom across the street from Prospect Park, with high ceilings on the 4 floor of an elevator building. It is an oldschool New York style apartment, with windows on both sides, lots of breeze and sun bounces through.

I have been setting up the livingroom for a place to create and make things, which is why the walls are bare. There is a big board I use on top of the desk, to have a very big work station. Things can be moved around as you wish.

There is plenty of room to chill, work, do yoga or workout after a run in the woods of Prospect Park.
Sweet kitchen fully equipped, big fridge, burkey water filter, seats two with a tree outside the window and afternoon sun.
Sunny bedroom w full size bed, room for your clothes, a desk and a tree outside the window.
Simple bathroom with a bathtub. There is a black decker portable AC.

Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is full of good vibes. A big Lincoln supermarket with great organic produce around the corner, a new laundromat, cafes and restaurants.
My favorite place is the cafe 5 min walk into prospect park on the lake. It opens 7Am to 8pm every day and is a gem for calmness and wonders, see photo. Park Yoga under the trees is wonderful too. There is a lovely farmersmarket by Grand army Plaza I loveee going on Saturdays.

Transportation is awesome.
Subway is 2 minutes away. The Q train takes you to Canal St downtown Manhattan in 15 minutes and B line to grand st also 15 min. S will bring you cross Brooklyn.
City bikes around the corner.
