Looking for a new roommate to move in to a comically large room in a 2BR 1 BA in a 3 unit Townhouse in Crown Heights.

The room is over 228 square feet on its own and was likely intended to be a living room but, because of the way the apartment is laid out, makes more sense as a bedroom. It's 1700/month plus around $80-90 in utilities. The ideal move in date would be July 1st or June 15th (but we could potentially work something out earlier in June if needed.)

The apartment has two common areas (a living room and a dining room/workspace) plus a kitchen and, my favorite part, has private access to a sizable backyard where I have cultivated a vegetable, herb and flower garden. Also has a grill and a dishwasher!

It's a 7 minute walk to the Nostrand 3 stop and an 9 minute walk to the 2 & 5 train at President St. In addition, it's a 16 minute walk to the Nostrand A/C stop and close to the B44 and B43 buses. It's also a short walk to the bars and restaurants on both Nostrand and Franklin.

Looking for a roommate who is clean, considerate, communicative and reliable. Ideally someone who is social but respectful of personal time and space as well. Bonus points if you love food, TV & movies and have progressive values.

*Unfortunately the landlord doesn't allow pets, sorry!*
