I am a professional moving to the city July 1st to start a teaching fellowship and will then be placed as a full time biology teacher in the Bronx in September. My daughter will be applying to some art-focused schools - there are two in Upper Manhattan I'm looking at.

I'm looking for a sublet that I can have to myself for at least 2 months - open to stay longer and/or sign a lease after that if the place works for me. I have a 10 year old daughter that will be coming home at the end of August. I have 2 cats and a service dog - the dog is extremely well behaved at home and has almost no fur so she is always clean and doesn't make a mess. The cats are both super friendly and don't have any problem behaviors.

I am available to move from July 1st and have a budget of $2200/month absolute maximum. The apartment must be pet friendly.
