* Price: Up to $1,800/month (may be able to do more for the right situation)
* Timing: Longer-term situation beginning April 1st, including lease takeovers or long-term sublets (open to a 3-6 month sublet if things get down to the wire)
* Living space: Sharing a 2-3 bedroom apartment with 1 roommate (or 2 roommates if the apartment allows for good separation of shared/individual spaces)
* Socializing: Healthy balance of social interaction and alone time/privacy (e.g., occasionally cooking meals together, watching movies, or debriefing events of a long day, with plenty of space, boundaries, would be cool to be friends but no expectation of immediate friendship)
* Aesthetic: Intentionally curated, well-taken care spaces that reflect back personality and personal histories; good house plants, art, and lighting are a big plus
* Street parking that is not punishingly difficult
