Hi! I'm moving to the city this summer to complete a teaching fellowship with NYC Teaching Fellows and I need a pet-friendly place for a minimum of July and August but will stay as long as it's available. I'm very clean and tidy and will leave the place exactly like I found it. I'm open to anything in Upper Manhattan. Budget up to $2200 and I can pay for the summer up front.

I'm a single mama but my daughter spends the summer in Hawaii with her dad. I need a full apartment (at least a studio) because I have a dog that will not be possible with roommates (she's terrified of strangers). I'd like to sublet long term or hopefully sign my own lease. I surf, snowboard, and also love hiking and long walks.
