Pull out couch in living room sleeps two and another cozy little couch in the bedroom is great for reading. Wifi and utilities included. AC units in both rooms plus a ceiling fan. Laundry in the basement.

Available for April 15th move in. Start and end dates are somewhat negotiable. Could be longer or shorter than 3 months but will prioritize those looking to stay for the whole time.
