We are a fractional CFO and financial services firm supporting founder-led and growing businesses, with a strong focus on hospitality, retail, and professional services. Our work blends clean bookkeeping, thoughtful financial oversight, and real-world operational insight.

We are growing and looking for a reliable, detail-driven Bookkeeper to support multiple client accounts under the guidance of senior CFOs.

ROLE OVERVIEW
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, clean books, and clear processes, and who takes pride in accuracy and follow-through. You’ll be responsible for maintaining day-to-day accounting records and supporting monthly close across a portfolio of clients.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain accurate books for multiple clients (QuickBooks Online)
• Reconcile bank, credit card, and loan accounts monthly
• Code and categorize transactions consistently and accurately
• Manage AP/AR, including vendor bills and client invoicing
• Assist with payroll coordination (ADP, Gusto, or similar)
• Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Support CFOs with schedules, reporting, and ad-hoc requests
• Identify discrepancies and flag issues proactively
• Maintain organized documentation and audit-ready records

QUALIFICATIONS
• 3+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
• Strong proficiency in QuickBooks Online (required)
• Experience supporting multiple clients or entities
• Solid understanding of accrual accounting
• Comfort working with payroll systems and expense platforms
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Reliable, responsive, and comfortable working independently
• Hospitality or multi-location business experience is a plus
