my sibling, myself, and one other dear friend are looking for an apartment to move into on december 1st!
we are open to anywhere nearby prospect park - crown heights, plg, prospect heights, south slope, kensington - to name a few (but are also relatively flexible for the right spot)
we are all 3 musicians and artists, and my sibling and I grew up on the upper west side in manhattan. we are really looking for a place to stay put for at least a few years. budget is maximum $3600 for a 3 bed (in an ideal world, anywhere close to $3000)
we are a reliable, responsible, and sweetie group of 3
we will be awesome tenants!!
help us out! its so hard to find housing out here and as native new yorkers it would mean so much to find a place we can call home in our adult lives for the next few years.
