Pets Policy
Pets are welcome with prior approval. One small dog or one cat is okay, as long as they’re well-behaved and house-trained. Please make sure your pet doesn’t cause damage, excessive noise, odors, or mess in the apartment or building.
If any cleaning, repairs, or damage occur because of the pet during the sublet, the subtenant will be responsible for covering those costs.
