I’m looking for a furnished sublet for the months of September and October (preferably starting as early as this week). I'm a brand new grandma and will be helping to care for my 3 month-old grandbaby at my daughter's home in Bed Stuy.

Apartments in or near Bed Stuy are my preference, including Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Crown Heights, and Williamsburg, but I would consider areas further out like Park Slope, Boerum Hill or Prospect Heights. My budget is no more than $4,000/month. Washer/dryer and an outdoor space are high on my amenities list. A quiet apartment and comfy bed are also priorities. I like to keep my space tidy and clean and am very respectful of others' spaces.
