We are looking to rent our home for a year or more, starting in September. We are somewhat flexible on move-in dates depending on the furniture arrangement. We can remove remaining furniture if you wish, or leave the items that are there (these include: a queen bed frame and bedside tables, dining table and chairs, bar stools, small sofa in the library, trees).

Hi folks! We are two meditation teachers who live in Chicago, as one of us is in a PhD program there. We love our home in New York, and hope to find tenants who will love it and care for it as much as we have. Longer term, we are considering selling the condo, so there is an option for a rent to buy lease, if there is interest.
