The apartment has a fresh renovation, modern furniture, and all the necessary appliances. There’s an elevator in the building, plus great amenities: a gym, rooftop access, home theater, and laundry room. The balcony gets plenty of natural light and is perfect for morning coffee or evening wine.

Located in a quiet, friendly part of Bed-Stuy with lots of local cafes and coffee shops. Closest subway stations are J/Z (just a few minutes away), and you can also reach A/C and G lines easily.

Hi, I’m Artem. I’ve been living in New York for the past two years. I’m the founder of a product design studio where we create mobile apps and SaaS platforms. I moved into this apartment just about a month ago and absolutely love it. It’s bright, quiet, and feels like home.

I live here alone, and during my time in Los Angeles I’m looking for someone to take good care of the place. If you’re available before Friday, I can show it in person; otherwise, I can send a detailed video tour or hop on a quick video call.

The landlords are very easygoing. I’ve never had any issues (actually never even met them!), and the neighbors are calm and respectful.
