I'm looking for someone to take over the remainder of my lease from Dec 1, 2025 – April 30, 2026, though I am flexible to have it start as early as Nov 22nd depending on need. At the end of the lease, you would have the option to renew the lease directly with the management company if desired.
The apartment is a very spacious and comfortable 1 bedroom with great amenities in the center of bustling Crown Heights! The unit faces south, so you get plenty of direct natural light throughout the day. The building was built in 2020, so everything is super modern, clean, and works well.
The apartment is located right across the street from Union Market (great for grocery shopping!) in Crown Heights, less than a 5 minute walk from the 2/3, 4/5 and S trains.
You'll be a 3 min walk from Franklin Ave, the high street of Crown Heights with fantastic bars and restaurants and a 15 min walk from the Brooklyn Museum and Prospect Park.
The apartment would come mostly unfurnished, though I am open to selling some of the furniture (namely the couch and kitchen table + chairs) if there’s interest.
I’ve lived in this apartment for 3.5 years and have absolutely loved it but am moving into a larger space within the neighborhood.

Price is $3,205 per month + utilities (gas + electric). The building has an energy rating of A so the combined utilities rarely go above $100 per month.
I'll also ask for a $2000 security deposit, which you would get back in May 2026 at the end of the lease.
