ease through winter and into spring in my lovely, sunny apartment! (with the option to extend past May)

Bedroom 1: queen bed, window with fire escape access and closet.
Bedroom 2: full size bed, two windows, fire escape access and closet.
Third room is the largest, I use it as a workspace but it's been a bedroom in the past (no photos as I haven't been back since it was cleared- but it will be open for viewing)

Living Room and Kitchen: open concept with a little espresso machine that takes ground beans or pods, electric kettle with temp control for all your pour over/matcha needs, air fryer, blender, and a sleek Aarke for the sparkling water enthusiast.
There's a projector for movie night, a record player and an aux cord, hue lights in all the fixtures, and some very easylife seating.

It’s a 4th floor walk up, that’s three flights up with no elevator and this is the only con of the place (honestly!).
I carry my bike up but know some neighbours leave theirs locked inside the fence downstairs, there’s also a citibike dock at the corner for an extremely convenient whip.

The apartment gets light all day, but the best light is sunset, which you’ve finished your work day, you’re winding down in the Eames Lounge, you’re listening to a record and sipping whatever your EOD bev is. You can stay in and set the lights to whatever your vibe is, or you can stroll downstairs and see what's up on Tompkins...

Neighbour Notes! some of the people in the building have lived here since before I was alive, please respect the building as a home where kids have grown up, grandkids visit, and we are guests. I have built a very solid relationship with my neighbours in and around the building and respecting them is a priority.

(open to shorter lengths of stay but would prefer to keep turn over to a minimum so will be prioritizing longer)

- close to A/C trains (7 minute walk to the the Kingston Throop C train, 15min to the Nostrand or Utica A)
- northbound B43 bus right out front
(south is an ave block over)
- free parking available in the neighbourhood

nearby: 

-many cafes 2-5 minutes walk
-book stores and local shops 5 minute walk
-restaurants/bars are a 2-10 minute walk
-laundromat is a 5 minute walk 

-grocery store is a 5 minute walk
