This top floor, newly renovated 1 bedroom, is fully furnished, has stainless steel appliances, a large fridge, dishwasher, washer and dryer (in the unit), a microwave, coffee maker, and fully equipped kitchen.

It is a bright space, filled with natural light. It has 4 skylights through the living room and a large window in the bedroom, that faces the back of the building. It's very quiet. The bed is an amazingly comfortable queen size and the bathroom premium feature is the oversized bathtub, couple sized!

In the living room, the dimmable and indirect lights, along with different kinds of houseplants and garden herbs, books, pillows and rugs, create a chill yet playful atmosphere. There is central heat and AC through the apartment and even though there's no TV, there's a screen and a projector for movie nights. You can also see the moon and listen to the rain, through the skylight windows, from the comfort of the sofa.

Upstairs is the amazingly huge private rooftop! The handpicked realistic artificial grass makes you want to walk barefoot and relax watching movies on the outdoor big screen while laying on the couch or hammock. You can see the Empire State building and the Freedom Tower from the roof, as well as a sublime sunset.

No parties are allowed inside the apartment or on the rooftop. No smoking is allowed in the apartment. No pets allowed (sorry). No elevator in the building (apt is on the 3rd floor).
Gas and Electric are not included, you pay for what you consume.
