I have a fantastic corner studio (500 sq f) on the 30th floor with a spectacular city view, tons of natural light (south side), 12ft ceilings, and a private balcony! The building has a 24/7 doorman.
The ideal guest will be professional, responsible, clean, and respectful. No pets, no smoking.
In the studio: Lots of art, a queen-size bed, designer furniture, two big standing floor mirrors, and a designer bathroom. All windows are fitted with roll-down blinds for sun protection and privacy.
