Looking for someone to sublet my portion of a shared greenpoint studio from Aug 15 through the end of the year with the option to renew with the other studio members come January 1, 2026

The space is bright and quiet, with rarely more than one other person in at a time.

You'll have approximately 125 sq ft of workspace on the windowed side of the studio. Other studio matees work primarily in photography and sculpture, and the studio is part of a large artist studio and production complex with reliable Wi-Fi.

Amenities include a drafting table, generous wall space, and shared storage areas. It's an ideal setup for a visual artist looking for a bright, functional studio with a solid community.
