I currently use the space part time as a combo office / creative space.

I would like to share with someone who is professional and considerate of others, and does not use toxic materials.

About This Lister

I use the space largely for computer and study time, but sometimes do projects using non-toxic art materials. The studio has quite a bit on the shelves but I usually leave it fairly neat. The area you would occupy is your own but if we do not use any dividers we would see each other's areas. This is negotiable.

I've been in the space for many years and have a good relationship with the landlord and the neighboring tenants.
