I am a TV writer from New York City. I own this one-bedroom condo, and lived there for four years myself, even throughout WFH pandemic lockdown. I loved living there, and care deeply about the apartment/neighbors, so I'm looking for a great fit who will also love living there.

I now live a seven-minute walk nearby with my boyfriend, so I'm still very much in the neighborhood. (In fact, I'm back on the block all the time, since Montrose shops and cafés are my favorite in Williamsburg.) Being close also means I'm nearby to handle any issues for the apartment, and have spare keys in case someone gets locked out.

My current tenant is moving after two years. I'm looking for another great renter or couple to take her place.
