I own the home and live here with my partner. Together we’ve created a welcoming environment with space for music, community, and downtime by the pool. We’re looking for someone who values good communication and harmony in a shared home.

Bathroom: Across the hall from the bedroom (shower, no tub).
House includes: Above-ground pool, in-unit washer/dryer, dishwasher, large gated back yard, front yard, central heating & A/C, and a spacious open living room/kitchen.
Studio/Workspace: Garage converted into a music studio with couch, TV, and extra fridge.
Parking: Shared driveway + plenty of street parking (no street cleaning).

Lease: Initial 3-month to make sure it’s a good fit, with preference for someone open to longer-term.
Rent: $1,450/month + share of utilities (water & power, usually $60–80/month).

Location: NE El Sereno near the border of South Pasadena and Alhambra, ~10 minutes to Highland Park, Lincoln Heights, and Chinatown. Our street is calm and very safe, and we have warm, friendly relationships with our neighbors, which adds to the sense of community here.

We’re Dan (39, he/him) and Justin (34, she/her), a couple who’ve been together for 5 years. We share our home with Donna, our sweet pitbull mix. We value warmth, good communication, and a sense of community in the house, and we’re looking for a roommate who appreciates that too.
