This is a three-bedroom apartment in a fantastic complex in Sherman Oaks, near the 101 between the 405 and 134.
Move-in: September 1st
You would be paying for a private room, and a shared bathroom with the other housemate.
You’ll pay 1,050/month plus utilities which is not more than $200 a month.
Utilities include: renters insurance, internet, gas, water, electricity and sewage.
