I am subletting my furnished 1 bedroom apartment starting July 1 through August 15.

My apartment is the top floor of a quiet brownstone in Bedstuy-
3 minute walk from the train (Nostrand A/C) and 20 minutes into Manhattan. 15 Minute walk to the Bedford Nostrand G train.

Walking to lots of grocery stores, bars/ restaurants in the neighborhood such as Bunny, Bad Luck Bar, Saraghina, Lunatico, Doris, Frog etc.

The apartment has one main bedroom and a smaller second room with a twin bed I use as storage. Can be used as a second bedroom or an office.

2400/mo + Utilities (usually come out to around 100$/month)

No dogs please, but open to cats
