The building is a small walk-up (no elevator) on 3rd floor, with only a few units and a very sweet & responsive super.

The apartment itself is large and luminous, with 1.5 bathrooms, a comfortable living room, a kitchen with an island, and a separate TV room.

The available room gets good light and fits a queen bed, large desk with monitor + laptop stand, and couch. Well decorated, guitar & books vibe. Shared spaces are tidy, super bright, and lovely easy to live in.

You’d be living with two very clean, considerate roommates who keep a calm, respectful home — low-key, responsible, and friendly. Not a party house, more of a peaceful landing space for people with full creative or work lives.

The neighborhood is incredibly walkable: close to Pratt, Fort Greene Park, cafés, grocery stores, restaurants, and all the little Clinton Hill gems. Quiet tree-lined block, easy access to everything.

You’d be living with my two best friends, Phoebe and Ian — both queer, super funny, and very tidy. Phoebe works from home in publishing and is also a writer; Ian recently finished law school and is low-key, thoughtful, and easy to be around.
