Hi all, I'm renting my lovely studio from Saturday, March 28 to Wednesday, April 8, or any duration in between, ideally a minimum of one week. The studio is a private studio apartment located in Clinton Hill in one of the historic mansions on Clinton Avenue. It's half a block from the C train on Fulton Avenue and 2 blocks from the G train. The neighborhood is beautiful and very walkable, about 10min from Fort Greene and tons of restaurants, bakeries, cafes, etc.

The space is best for one person and sorry, no pets. It is clean, minimal, fully furnished with what you need -- cookware, espresso machine, dial radio, sonos, strong wifi, projector with streaming apps, feather top full-sized bed with down comforter, happy plants, a marble mantelpiece, etc. Super cozy.

The apartment is special because it has three large corner windows overlooking the intersection below. It is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Usually I keep the windows open and you can hear the birds singing in the morning.
