Apartment is located on the fourth floor of a 5 story building with an elevator. Parking spot is also available.

The location of this stay is on a very residential street in one of Mexico City’s most vibrant and walkable areas. Known for its leafy streets, art deco architecture, and relaxed, creative atmosphere. You have direct views of Parque México in the walkway heading towards the bedrooms as well as from the living room. The neighborhood is filled with trendy cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and a lively mix of locals and visitors. Whether you are exploring the area to live long term, or need a meditative escape, this is a great place to retreat.

I’m a documentary filmmaker and nature conservationist who spends much of my time between the U.S. and Mexico working on environmental and storytelling projects. I care deeply about the spaces I create and aim to maintain a peaceful, well-kept environment for my tenants. While I travel frequently, I stay accessible and responsive, and I value clear communication and mutual respect.
