The apartment sits in a large shared garden (only one other apartment and a house), giving it a calm, tucked-away feel while still being right in Centro. You’re within walking distance to the Zócalo, markets, cafes, restaurants, and bars—close to everything, but removed enough to feel very peaceful day-to-day with lots of afternoon sun and surrounded by trees.

It’s ideal for a single person or couple who want a comfortable home base for 6 months (with the possibility to extend) since I want to spend some time in Europe. I’m looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of the space and enjoy it as much as I do.

The apartment is newly renovated, and fully furnished, with thoughtful eco features. The owners are responsive and there is a property manager on site—which is rare in Oaxaca and makes daily life much easier (no need to deal with utilities or logistics).

Reliable WiFi (well suited for remote work). Quiet overall, with some light street noise.
