Rent includes high speed internet (two of us work from home and have no issue on calls at the same time) as well as all utilities, making for an easy, move-in-ready sublet experience. The unit is located on the third floor of a classic brownstone walk-up (no elevator). The building was renovated a few years ago and is well maintained. Dogs allowed!!

We are tidy and respectful tenants and are looking for someone who will treat the space with the same care and attention, like a true home.

Carroll Gardens is one of Brooklyn’s most charming neighborhoods, known for its excellent cafés, restaurants, boutique shops, and relaxed community vibe. Transportation is seamless, with quick access to the F and G lines and an easy commute to Manhattan in about 20 minutes.

Rental requirements

A $1,000 refundable security deposit is required, and both rent and deposit must be paid in full before move in. Payment can be made in cash, or via Zelle or Venmo transfer. We require a copy of a valid government issued ID from each tenant prior to move in, and the apartment may be occupied by a maximum of two tenants.

The apartment will be handed over clean and we expect it to be returned clean as well. Normal wear and tear is expected, but any damage beyond normal wear and tear will be deducted from the deposit. If additional cleaning is needed after move out, the cost of a cleaner will also be deducted from the deposit.

This is a quiet residential neighborhood and we kindly ask that tenants respect normal quiet hours and our neighbors. Unfortunately, no cats are allowed due to allergies. We are happy to arrange either an in person visit or a digital walkthrough.
