Looking for a single female person to sublet my cozy furnished bedroom in a 2 bed / 1 bathroom apartment in prime Williamsburg. Shared with a female roommate who works Mon-Thursday in-person, Friday remote.

The place is a third-floor walk-up in the heart of North Williamsburg. It's a trendy, bustling neighborhood with everything you can imagine in it, but the street I'm on is residential and quiet. The room faces the opposite direction from the street, so really no noise. Basically it's close to everything but calm and quiet inside.

The bedroom has a high ceiling and gets a lot of sunlight, a hardwood floor, a WFH setup (Jarvis standing desk, Steelcase chair, keyboard, monitor, webcam, printer), Roku TV, a double-size bed (Casper mattress), a walk-in closet, etc. There's a fire escape that can be nice in the summer.

The apartment has a shared kitchen and a small living space. The rooms are at the end of the apartment, which gives a lot of privacy.

Neighborhood: Whole Foods is about a 6 minute walk, and Trader Joe’s is around 12 minutes away. There are a ton of cafes, restaurants, bakeries, independent bookstores, bars, small shops, gym/yoga studios, music venues, and cinemas (Nitehawk, Williamsburg Cinemas, Spectacle !!) within a few blocks in every direction.

No washer/dryer in the building. Laundry is 3 mins away.
I have a portable dishwasher if you want to use it.

5 min walk to the L at Bedford and the G at Metropolitan.
10 min walk to the J Marcy Ave.
< 10 min train ride to Union Square.
Convenient access to Bushwick, Ridgewood, Clinton Hill, Fort Greene, Downtown BK.
15 min walk to Williamsburg Bridge
Cross the bridge and you land on Lower East Side/Chinatown.
