Bedroom has a full-size bed, desk, and a closet with some reserved space for the sub-letter. It faces a garden, so is pretty quiet and gets lovely morning light. Rent for this room is $1050, including utilities. You would be sharing a bathroom with two of the roommates, which is kept clean on a rotating schedule. The bedroom will be cleaned prior to move in.

Located on a residential block with easy access to trains and buses. To either side of our block, you can find pretty much everything you need: grocery stores, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, delis, a public library, post office, gyms, banks, hospitals, etc.

5 min walk to the ferry (Brooklyn Navy Yard)
1 min walk to citi-bike station
15 min walk to the G Clinton-Washington train stop
20 min walk to B/Q Dekalb train stop
10 min bus ride to the F or A/C
All of these trains offer a quick commute to Manhattan and other parts of Brooklyn.

We enjoy a calm, uncluttered home and value a clean-as-you-go approach within the kitchen and common spaces. We have busy schedules but value our home as both a sanctuary and place for community.

The house is already pretty equipped with most things! So ideally hoping for someone who only has clothes to bring, looking for something temporary during a visit or while looking for something long term.

No smoking of any kind in the home and sorry no pets (we might make an exception for an exceptionally cute and small dog-friendly dog). Looking to rent to 1 person only.

We are animal lovers, big cooks, down to earth and quiet mostly but love big festive dinners at the house with friends occasionally.
