We are looking for a new roommate to sublet one of the bedrooms in our beautiful 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment in Windsor Terrace! The room is available for 6 months, but we're happy to consider a shorter term if needed (at least 3 months).

🏡 The Apartment:
• 1 bedroom available for sublet in a 3-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment
• 1 min. walk to Prospect Park
• 7 min. walk to the 15th St. Prospect Park subway stop (F and G lines)
• Citi bike docking station on the corner of our block
• Dishwasher in kitchen
• Coin-op washer/dryer in building
• 3rd floor unit (2 flights of stairs) in a 3-unit building
• Utilities (electricity + WiFi + monthly cleaning) NOT included (this ends up being $150/month roughly)

🪴 The Room:
• Gorgeous natural sunlight
• Can be partially-furnished if desired (bed and mattress, desk, chair)
• At the back of the house, so it's peaceful and quiet, and protected from street noise on the other side of the apartment

🔎 What we’re looking for:
• Someone who is clean and respectful of our space
• Someone who can commit to a 6-month sublet (open to a 3-month sublet, but 6-month is ideal!)
• Bonus if you're also into the arts, like us! :)

☀️ Note:
• Sadly, our living room is not quite as sunny as pictured in this photo, as a new building is being constructed next door (but the bright natural light in the bedroom really makes up for this). There is still some noise from time to time, but the loudest phases of the construction are now behind us!
