The apartment has hardwood floors, lots of light, and a very large living room with a balcony and dedicated workspace. There is also a dining area and kitchen with a brand new refrigerator. The kitchen, living room, dining room, and the balcony off the living room are 100% shared, and I hope you make yourself right at home! The laundry facilities in the building are right across the hall from the apartment making for very easy wash days.

The available bedroom is in a secluded area of the apartment, has plenty of storage, a brand new TV, dedicated workspace, and two large closets with mirrors. Your private bathroom has a shower/tub and lots of storage. The third bedroom in the apartment is a guest room.

I am from the Austrian Alps, am very outdoorsy, and work with dogs. Looking for a quiet sublessee who keeps common areas tidy. Pets are negotiable, but no cats, please! The dogs I work with are mostly hypoallergenic and usually live in my room with me, but also spend a little time in the common indoor areas.

The cleaning fee covers your share of a bi-monthly housekeeping service. Building neighbors are very nice. We are an easy walk to the beach, and near Palisades Park bluffs, Third Street Promenade, and Santa Monica Pier. If you think my place may be a fit for you, please let me know!

The apartment is in the heart of Santa Monica, very close to the beach. We are near Palisades Park bluffs, BroadStage, Third Street Promenade, Santa Monica Pier, countless restaurants, and cultural treasures.

*Amenities: Washer and dryer on premises (right across the hall from apartment), wifi, room darkening shades, heating, lots of storage, full kitchen, dishwasher, smoke detector, two dedicated workspaces, and starter kitchen, linen and bathroom essentials.

*Parking: either free garage tandem parking or free street parking pass. Public EV charger is right outside apartment.

*Apartment is gated and has a security system with cameras.

*Pets allowed! (no cats unfortunately)
