Well maintained building with a responsive property manager. Packages are left safely inside the entryway and have never gone missing.

The unit has 3 bedrooms, with 2 of them being on the 2nd story. My room is on the bottom floor, right off a large shared living room. There are huge floor to ceiling windows in the common area that bring in tons of natural light throughout the day.

The room has a closet and its own heater/AC unit, and I’m happy to include the my queen size mattress/frame and furniture in the rent so it’s completely move in ready.

The kitchen has modern appliances.

Roommates are two easygoing 20 year old male professionals who are friendly, respectful of common spaces, and keep a tidy home more on the quiet side.

The area is residential but lively during the day, with plenty of grocery stores, coffee shops and parks, and the place is a 3 minute walk from the G train.
