Spend the first two months of summer in my light-filled Brooklyn railroad-style apartment located in the heart of Williamsburg and offers a tranquil, fully furnished home ready for immediate move-in.

If you’re able to begin by June 3rd and are looking for a two month stay, I’d love to connect.

Located on the third floor of a prewar corner walk-up, the apartment is flooded with natural light from nine oversized six-foot windows and features high ceilings and original hardwood floors throughout. The space feels open, calm, and incredibly peaceful — something you rarely find in the city.

The large eat-in kitchen comes with essential cookware and dishes, making it easy to settle in from day one. The long, sunny living room flows into a cozy bonus room with a twin bed and bookcase — ideal for guests or a quiet retreat. Beyond that is the spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed, dresser, desk, and ample closet space.

The location is unbeatable: just minutes from the second stop on the L train and surrounded by Williamsburg’s best restaurants, cafés, boutiques, Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, McCarren Park, the waterfront, music venues, and the weekend farmers market. Cat-friendly (sorry no dogs). Please note: this is a classic, no-frills building — no gym, doorman, or on-site laundry — but several laundromats are within one block, and one of Brooklyn’s best neighborhoods is right outside your door.

About This Lister

I’m a longtime Brooklyn resident working in television and film, and my work often takes me away for extended periods. While I’m gone, it’s important to me that my home is kept clean, secure, and treated with care and respect. I also value discretion and want to ensure my absence has no impact on neighbors or the building’s day-to-day life.

I have trusted friends nearby in case of an emergency, and I’ll remain available and responsive throughout the sublet if anything comes up.

A simple, straightforward sublease agreement will be signed
