The studio is on the fifth floor of a clean, well-maintained apartment building with doorman and elevator. The studio is lined with windows allowing for ample light throughout the day.

The neighborhood is a peaceful hamlet, a five min walk from the Q-train Cortelyou subway stop. Prospect Park is one mile away, about a fifteen min walk. Plenty of lovely cafés and hangout spots in the area. Happy to offer recommendations.
