Hi! My name is Shelly and I’m the current tenant and need to transfer the lease. I’ve been living in the apartment with my best friend for the past year and a half, and we’ve loved the space. I’m relocating unexpectedly to take care of a sick relative, so I’m looking for someone who can move in as soon as possible (December 25, earliest date). I’m also hoping to sell my bedroom furniture (bed/mattress/side table) and a few other items around the apartment to the incoming tenant. Thank you!

The prospective tenant(s) will be required to provide:
• Proof of a minimum total annual income of 40 times the monthly rent
• A credit report that meets ownership’s standards
• Last 2 tax returns
• Last 3 pay stubs
• 3 consecutive bank statements
• Proof of income
• Copy of a valid photo ID

Regarding the rent amount, it will stay the same as long as the new lease ends on the same date as your current lease.
