Our apartment is bright, peaceful one-bedroom home in Prospect Lefferts Gardens, just a 3-minute walk from Prospect Park located on the 6th floor of an elevator building. The space has beautiful hardwood floors, high ceilings, is fully furnished, and has everything you need for the stay. It truly feels like home away from home - cozy, calm and quiet:) There is no washer/dryer in the unit, but a great laundromat is only a 1-minute walk away.

We live here as a couple and truly value a clean, respectful, well-kept home, so we’re hoping to sublet to someone who appreciates the same — responsible, tidy, and considerate, whether an individual or a couple. No pets allowed in the apartment.

The neighborhood is walkable, quiet, and family friendly, with the Q, B, and S trains just 3-minute walk away(the S easily connects to the 2/3/4/5). Q and B train will get you to the city in 20 minutes, making commute very convinient. A grocery store is a 2-minute walk from the apartment, along with cafés, small shops, and everything you need close by.
