Not suitable for pets or children. Ideal for someone in between spots or new to town.
Must be a clean and responsible renter. References and income verification will be needed. Deposit is required before moving in as well as a cleaning fee. A video call and preview of the space can be coordinated for those interested.
My building is very quiet. No smoking of ANY kind inside the building and no parties/loud music.
